Post Partum Planning Workshop
Postpartum planning isn’t just for the super organized. As I like to say, you don’t know what you don’t know. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, whether you’re carrying your baby or expecting to welcome them in another way, no two fourth trimesters are the same. With constantly changing guidelines and new research emerging daily, I provide the most up-to-date information. Being prepared and informed can bring a sense of calm and peace of mind. During our session(s), we will explore your hopes and dreams for your fourth trimester and create realistic plans that work for you and your family, ensuring a peaceful BabyMoon. These sessions can start in the second trimester, leading up to birth.
